Feat:Add a setting page

Describe the feature

We can add the setting page to redirect to the setting page. Please let me know if you have any thoughts about what to put in the settings page otherwise I can create a demo page with the css applied to it and some basic settings which can be changed later

@subhadeeproy3902 we can add profile settings (options to change users info), workspace setting(theme and layout), collaboration settings(options to manage team members, permissions, and sharing settings for collaborative projects). Basically there setting are in my mind remaining as you guys suggest.
