missing script: dev help #73

I have installed slappey and nodemon to my file directory but when I try to run the command 'npm run dev' it says:
"npm ERR! missing script : dev"
I'm not sure what's wrong but I would apricate the help if you know!

Try uninstalling slappey and nodemon then reinstall them globally.
