Describe the bug
A site owner can't link directly to a payment plan.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set up several payment plans for a level.
  2. Use a link that selects the payment plan by appendiing ?level=3&pmpropp_chosen_plan_choice=2 or ?level=3&pmpropp_chosen_plan_choice_2 for example.
  3. The first payment plan is selected instead.

Expected behavior
One should people be able to link directly to a payment plan.

This came up in ticket (ID 511872) and I could replicate.

Isolating the problem:

  • I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro and Payment Plans Add On are active.
  • This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.

WordPress Environment

``` Paid Memberships Pro 2.12.2, Payment Plans Add On 0.2, WordPress 6.3, PHP 7.4.30 ```

This works fine, and I don't foresee any issues with this (and we could look at merging this in, in the near future)
