Somehow this happened:

PHP Notice: Trying to get property 'ID' of non-object
This line:

pmpro-failed-payment-limit/pmpro-failed-payment-limit.php

Line 58 in 8fa9cba

$old_level_id = pmpro_getMembershipLevelForUser($user->ID)->ID;

Should be:

	$old_level = pmpro_getMembershipLevelForUser( $user->ID );
	if ( ! $old_level ) {
		return;
	}
