Add enabled/disabled option for each block in Kadence Blocks Settings.
By default all blocks are enabled. If block manually disabled - then skip it, don't load it into Gutenberg editor and don't use it in WordPress at all.
This can increase WP performance by not loading unused blocks and simplify Guntenberg list of blocks.
