What version are you using?

22.0.1

What did you do?

$ stellar tx new change-trust --source b --line ABC:a

What did you expect to see?

That the a be resolved to the address I have stored in the keys for a.

What did you see instead?

$ stellar tx new change-trust --source b --line ABC:a
error: invalid value 'ABC:a' for '--line <LINE>': xdr value invalid
