init: change the command to add a new contract to an existing project #1783

I encountered an error with this command in the tutorial https://developers.stellar.org/docs/build/smart-contracts/getting-started/storing-data.

stellar contract init ./ --with-example increment

So I use this command instead.

stellar contract init --name increment <PROJECT_PATH>
