Some headset's default volume is so high that it is harmful to ears health, so the first thing I do after connecting to my PC is to lower the volume.

When headphones connected Windows switch to them and set new volume or use existing volume, after it I can get notification that headphones ready and I can change the volume. It took from 0-1 sec, so I can't immediately change volume. So you get hight volume at least on one second
