Hi, i need help with addition information about those headphones

  • Power Beats Pro Color - Ivory
  • Power Beats Pro Color - Navy
  • Power Beats Pro Color - Glacier Blue
  • Power Beats Pro Color - Cloud Pink
  • Power Beats Pro Color - Lava Red
  • Power Beats Pro Color - Black
  • Power Beats 3
  • Power Beats X
  • Power Beats Solo3

If you have one of those headphones and you want to help please follow next steps.

  1. Download the DeviceFinder tool
    DeviceFinder_1.zip
  2. Unzip DeviceFinder to any folder
  3. Be sure that headphones already paired with PC
  4. Turn on BT on your PC
  5. Run the DeviceFinder.exe
  6. Open case of your headphones.
  7. Wait 5-10 second then close the DeviceFinder.exe
  8. Find the file log.txt near DeviceFinder.exe
  9. Attach this file to this issue with name of your headphones. Or you can send the file to [email protected]

@samuelvara To add any headphones I must buy them and it does not mean that any headphones can be added. I develop application alone and do not have such many resources to buy headphones every time. I'm sorry, but I think it's possible.

  1. Could you connect your AirPods to Windows and play any music? Run the DeviceFinder, and please put the AirPods in and take them out of your ears to check if ear detection works.
  2. Please make a screen recording of the popup animation for about 20 seconds from your iPad or iPhone.

The music didn't pause when I took the headphones out of my ears. The original video was too big to upload so I compressed it.
