Need to prepare qt-based file/dir picker - right now it's only available on android and uses android framework to choose file/dir to load/save.

Prepared some test logic based on the default Qt FileDialog - but it looks very bad. Seems need to build h3ds own interface to navigate both desktop/mobile filesystems easily with mouse/touch support.
