This pull request ensures that the
Cache\Factoryis passed along to our customStartSessionmiddleware, which allows Laravel's session blocking to work.Laravel passes in the cache factory itself when you're using the built-in
StartSessionmiddleware. However, since we have a customized version, we need to pass it in ourselves.Fixes #11190.
