As a course manager, I need a web interface to manage basic information about an instructor related to my course so that I can maintain current information about that instructor.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • I can manage the following information about an instructor through a web page:
    • first name
    • last name
    • skills
  • I can view the above information for a specific instructor
  • I can modify the above information for a specific instructor
  • I can delete a specific instructor
