Does not work on Server 2012 #97

On Windows 2012 it does not install. When it writes to registry it says succees 
but it evtsys declares it as an error.

It installs on Windows Server 2012 for me but it doesn't send any logs to my 
syslog server.

C:\Windows\System32>evtsys.exe -i -h syslog -f local7 -p 514
Command completed successfully

C:\Windows\System32>net start evtsys

The Eventlog to Syslog service was started successfully.
