Release the current version of Shabdiz into Maven central

Before making any further changes to the code, release the current version of shabdiz into the maven central repository. Once that's done the work on further enhancements can begin, probably working towards Shabdiz 2.0.

Look into javadoc.io for hosting of javadocs, the current link to the javadoc page returns 503.

If the released artefacts to Maven central include javadocs as well the javadoc.io hosting will happen automatically.
