Not Exporting as thought it should

Describe the bug
I don't think that's my system is exporting as it should do. Over the cheap couple of night recently I hardly any download. Last night I fudged the prices so I had download between 2 and 4 am. The graph attached is what happened. Although I had download the time between 3 and 3.20 am it didn't download when I thought it should have. The think that many have stopped it was the fact that Charge Enable was On but the times shows an export should have happened.

Full export during the hours.

This screen shot was last weekend. Looks like it doesn't export if Charge Schedule is ON.

Can you try taking 'execute.py' from https://github.com/springfall2008/batpred/tree/export_patch and see if that helps?

Cheers mate. Its on. I've fudged the figures so it will charge and discharge later this evening. I'll report back when it's done.

To confirm this has fixed the bug on my system. Please see this screenshot fo the results.
