Where should issues with Predbat-Addon be raised?

I'm still trying to find my way around here.

I have just posted an issue i have to the issues section within the predbat-addon github as i was specifically using the add-on - springfall2008/predbat_addon#20

but the add-on github doesn't seem to be very much used and/or visited for issues. Most people seem to post issues with the add-on on this main Predbat page which i thought was for the separate standalone version.

Which site should we be using to raise any issues please?
