pTFCE is a fully functional R package implementing the probabilistic threshold-free cluster enhancement method for 3D neuroimages, as described in the paper "Probabilistic TFCE: a generalised combination of cluster size and voxel intensity to increase statistical power", Spisák et al.

This release contains improved documentation, see change.log change.log for details.
NOTE: the order of parameters for the ptfce() function was changed in this release, which might cause backward-compatibility issues. The use of named arguments is safe.
