unable to install

Hello,
I am kind of new to this whole thing.
But cant seem to install the file.

i am a beginner so if anyone can give me a pointer as to what i am doing wrong, i'd be vert gratefull.

  It seems to be locking the installation so i cant use YAMLMatter functions in my code.
