Please, Help me understand this error message

Hello
ON the server i am using everytime code is deployed, new servers are provisioned and created. In the process, images are created from scratch.

Admin added pupeteer and evertyhing required by requirements on documentaiton.

We facing this error, and i cant understand what this error actually means. I see that it cant open a folder, but as i said, if i chmod this folder, on next deployment and next server provisioning, it will not be mounted.
Now Error (really dont know how to pretty format it!):

What steps i can do to fix this? Admin says its a code issue, and that we shall tell npm where to write logs, but i did not found that in Spatie documentaiton.
