Tyler Desjardins mentions that we should consider moving emails from help[at]stsci.edu to point to the web portal where possible and appropriate. For HST (or any non-JWST), it is https://hsthelp.stsci.edu . For JWST, it is https://jwsthelp.stsci.edu . Please update info in setup.py, setup.cfg, documentation, etc as appropriate.

When we discussed this at our team pipeline meeting in February, this needed to go through DSMO to know what exactly to write in our README etc. files (sending people to the help desk rather than submitting an issue). Has this been addressed by someone from DSMO as to what we should write? @pllim@arfon@stscicrawford ?
@Rplesha - we've certainly talked about having consistency in our READMEs and other docs, i.e. having our public repositories follow some kind of style guide. This guide doesn't really exist yet (the closest thing we have is https://github.com/spacetelescope/stsci-package-template).
