Menu Border Bug

I believe I've found a small bug with the standard 'menu' widget. If the menu is placed and set to 'vertical', when specifying a hover border size on either the top or bottom, it actually places them on the left and right of the menu element being hovered.

If you in the same menu, set a border value for 'active', it shows them properly on the top and bottom.
