Best places to hire an Oxygen developer?

Hi all! We're a new startup and recently hired web developers to build out our site. They used Gutenberg, which I approved because I'd assumed it would be reasonably extensible, having developed myself in Oxygen in the past. We're finding however that it is MUCH more difficult to do things in gutenberg, such as editing formatting and creating/applying CSS classes to elements, so we are considering potentially hiring someone to convert our site to Oxygen Builder (which I imagine might require rebuilding it from 'scratch' in Oxygen, albeit with a clear set of pages to copy).

In your experience, what are the best places/channels/marketplaces to find a good Oxygen developer on? Thanks for any advice!

I don't have an answer to your specific question but I do have this particular set of skills and I would be interested in such a project myself.

I am also interested to know, as well, so that I could make myself available on such a place. Besides sites like Fiver, Guru, etc., I don't know that there is a specific best place to find programmers with experience with Oxygen.
