Oxygen 4.2 - Template editing blank / not starting

Ever since 4.2 I am now having real problems getting the Oxygen editor to load.

The page starts to load but is blank. Sometimes I can get it to load of I do a hard refresh of my browser etc.

This behaviour occurs on any web browser software and with all my sites that I have upgraded from 4.1.4 to 4.2

Like I say, it sometimes loads if I clear the cache from the browser, but this is a real problem.
