Search-ability for content inside oxygen

If I end up building my website with content designed directly inside oxygen and not using inner content will it show under search like inner website search and search engines both ? 
If so, how do I go about it?
I tried playing with the sandbox, filled some dummy content and the search archive only showed post not pages.

I am speaking strictly for pages not post.

Or the content inside oxygen stays inside and does not show in any search results ?

@SubstanceD I'd recommend trying the Relevanssi plugin as it adds the ability to search other post types and also to search within Oxygen-designed content.

Yep! I saw that. I am concerned about the parallel DB entries it create to achieve it?
