Gutenberg Block Settings

Hi, is it possible to create settings with a Gutenberg block that would allow adding of styling or classes onto a block created with Oxygen?

As an example I have a block created by another company that I am trying to convert to Oxygen and it has a feature where you can choose 3 different colour styles and based on the choice various elements in the block change colour.

Another feature it has is that you can adjust the Margin around the block using 3 checkboxes.

I have messed round with trying to add ACF fields to try to include a dynamic class that I can then style but have not been able to figure it if it is possible.
