2.3 beta 1: Dynamic Data "Copy as Text" feature doesn't work on localhost

FYI

The new Copy as Text feature in the Insert Dynamic Data dialog doesn't seem to be working on local sites ( Only tested with LocalWP and chrome on mac ) Nothing gets copied to the clipboard

It works as expected on a live site.
