Convert a line from XML to Python

Hi there,
I'm reading a code written in XML from a project done with an old version of SOFA.
Can I re-use the same line with the new version of SOFA (v22.12)? Can I write it in Python?

all you need to add it into a node mynode is:

mynode.addObject("Monitor", ID="1", stiffness=2000, template="Vec3d" ...)
