Documentation on Sofa

Hi everyone !
I wanted to know where can I find a good documentation on Sofa python programming. I saw lots of tutorials but sometimes I am a bit lost. For example, I want to add in my simulation a physical model of a disk (which compose a soft manipulator). By checking an example I add in my code something like :

But I don't really know what to do next.
The "addobject" function can take lots of argument. I would like to know what are all those argument and what are they doing.

Is it possible to find a complete documentation with all those informations ?
