I tried to compile the project after enabling the SofaPython3 and Geomagic plugins on VS2022

Is this still an up-to-date issue @AngelicaScamarcia ? especially since #3835 got answered.
Else, since it's not SOFA related, have you tried googling it?

I think it is the same reason than in #3845, i.e. VS runs without administration privileges
