Compilation failed (conda-build / Ninja)

My compilation fails at around 558/1970 (ninja build). This is logs :

Precision : Just before the ninja launch, there is a warning :

You have linking errors. But they are weird because they don't exist on our CI. Which compiler and which version do you use?

Note that DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH:PATH references Windows-specific paths.

C Compiler Clang 14.0.6
C++ Compiler Clang 15.0.7

But there is a new linking error at around the half of compilation :

It goes on little by little :)

it seems that the issue comes from missing pthread from the message:

/usr/bin/ld canot find /usr/lib64/libpthread_nonshared.a: No such file or directory

Let us know whether adding it (libc-devel) in the conda env helps in anyway 👍

A workaround for you problem could be to disable the tests. Set SOFA_BUILD_TESTS to false in the CMake step.
