How to tearing tetrahedral FEM

hi,
I wanted to create the gap by setting the maximum tension for each tetrahedron or vertex, and when the tension reached the maximum, I dynamically subdivided the tetrahedron to achieve the maximum tension.

Does SOFA provide a similar force?
I saw in TetrahedronFEMForceField

Data<type::vector< Real>  _vonMisesPerElement;  ///<  von Mises Stress per element

What's this?Are there any instructions for using parameters or classes?

Sorry for keeping you waiting and thank you for the interesting question. To be noted, this discussion #2629 is pretty similar I think.

Indeed, when activating the boolean computeVonMisesStress="1" you can access this vector of vonMises yield criterion per tetrahedron.
This one could be used to perform some tearing simulation.
