what algorithms are implemented in SOFA?

I have two questions.

1. I was wondering what algorithms are implemented in SOFA and corresponding refrence paper. I tried to find it in the user documentation, but failed.
2. if it is possible that I integrate the part of the library to my current project (MFC code)?

Many models and algorithms are available in SOFA. But could you elaborate on the type of algorithms you are referring to?
Integrating SOFA in an external project mostly depends on the nature on your own project. Since MFC is C++ related, this should be compatible with SOFA. You could take a look at SofaPhysicsAPI which proposes an interface of SOFA for external projects.
