Feature Request: Add 'Extra' field to cloze note type

Hi,

To add the "Extra" field to the "TiddlyRemember Cloze v1" note type similar to the default Anki's "Cloze" note type would be very useful to add extra information to the cards.

Dear @sobjornstad, would you please? I am heads over heels in love with your plugin but your standard note types don't match all my needs and TiddlyRemember has unleashed many ideas for new note types, especially regarding language learning.
