feature request to update the contribution guide

Description

Current developer contribution guide is out of date, when I try to implement a new cloud provider, i cannot proceed by following the docs https://github.com/snyk/driftctl/blob/main/docs/new-remote-provider.md . To be specific, there's not pkg/remote folder within the project now. Can someone help update the doc to include the most up to date procedures for implementing a new cloud provider, thanks.
