Icon Request - QGIS & Slack

Thank you so much for producing such a beautiful icon theme. It has a wonderfully calm feel.

My icon requests are:

A. QGIS (open source GIS tool) - qgis.png.

QGIS hicolor icon:

B. Slack - slack.png. Moka currently has web-slack.png icons, but there is no slack.png in Moka for the Slack client to use. A user can create symlinks from web-slack.png to slack.png easily enough, but it would be great if these symlinks (or a new icon) could be included in the icon theme.
Sorry - the official Slack client uses hardcoded icons (I changed this manually and had forgotten). Most users will therefore not benefit from a Slack icon in Moka.
