In this release we did a rewrite of the subsetting feature. This should solve the issue where tables with a many-to-many relationship would break the traversal process, leaving some of your data out of the snapshot.
We have also made some improvements to the memory usage and speed of subsetting. We're hoping this solve issues where people with large databases ran out of memory.
This feature is still in beta, but there are exciting changes coming that will make the subset config more flexible!
