Malformed XML in bioghist can break View page. #302

Unclosed tags in the bioghist can prevent the standard view page and prevent the Resources, Relationships, Occupations, and other tabs from loading.

This can be prevented by validating XML on input and cleaning existing bioghists. See issues #215 and #117 for more in-depth discussion.
