Dropdown list for common External CPF resources #243

We would like to have a way to enter and save titles for common External CPF resources to prevent having to type them each time:

Library of Congress Name Authority File
Wikidata
VIAF (Virtual International Authority File)
OCLC WorldCat

are some common ones.
