If constellations A & B each have a relation to C, and A & B are merged, then the outgoing relation to C (i.e. (A&B)->(C)) is dropped in Neo4j, though it remains in postgres.
This bug occurs with ICRELATIONs (of any arcrole type) to the same constellation and with RRELATIONS to the same resource.
