Rendering replay HTML from a battle log #1980

Hi, I was wondering what's the easiest way of creating a full replay-like HTML given a showdown battle log, like this one (except it's not saved in PS replays database): https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8vgc2022-1562381445.log

This could be useful for visualizing battles played via the commandline API.
