Inventory Manager should be asked to confirm irreversible close inventory action

• After clicking Close Inventory, the user should be warned that the action is irreversible, and asked to confirm that they want to close.
• After choosing to close, the user should be advised that the system has closed the inventory.
• Only the users with Inventory Manager roles should have the ability to close an inventory.

Replace with the Inventory Name entered in the Inventory Control tab.
