Manage Supporting Documents: Attempt to download files fails and triggers time-out #50

Attempt to download supporting file fails. Browser's download manager (Chrome on MacBook Pro, MacOs Sierra) first sites server error, and, on attempt to resume, further says "needs authorisation".

On closing the supporting documents modal, the application behaves as if it has timed-out, e.g. no data or dropdown menu options are displayed.
