Demand Detail Page - Completed Transactions & Combined Supply Amount Bar

Currently the amount for the completed transactions list on demand detail page does not get aggregated into the Supply Amount Bar on the right-hand side of the screen.

The result is that it appears that even though a transaction has been completed, the no supply requested by the farmer is met or incorporated into the visual queue for the user when they are selecting additional supplies.
