Buyer Report - Intermittent Error Message #192

Every now and again the application give the fellow error message subsequent to clicking a link to open a buyer report. It typically occurs:

The first time you click a buyer report after it has been created
Right after the server has been started up

I'm not entirely certain what the cause is, but this time I was able to capture the message to share with the team.
