Farmer Profile Page - Transaction list items modification

On the profile page of a farmer it shows the list of transactions that farmer has been involved in / completed. Within a specific transaction item it currently shows information related to the transaction such as buyer, quantity, date expiry of the demand. The last two fields should be modified:

• The Supply item should show supply amount sold by the farmer, but the demand requested by the buyer, as it currently does
• Rather than giving the date posted of the demand, it would be better to present the date the transaction occurred
• Lastly, the transaction list item does not include "Notes" field from the transaction. This should be added to give context to the transaction
