Arch-Westminster hybrid layout

Would it be possible to add a diagram creator for the Arch-Westminster hybrid seating arrangement seen in Australia, New Zealand, India (and most countries in the Indian subcontinent), Dáil Éireann and the Northern Ireland Assembly? Some examples of how it works are as follows:

I think that would be better covered by #42 - using a layout template to apply colors to. I'm working on it.
