False error ("There are no delegates in your parliament. Cannot generate a diagram!"

Hi!

I'm trying to create a diagram, but when I click on "Make my diagram", it returns me a false error : "There are no delegates in your parliament. Cannot generate a diagram!"

I attach a screenshot that shows that there are several "delegates".

The error is not the right error, but the mistake is on your side : the number of seats of "Noble Party" is not an actual number, it's a color.
There should be a better error message when parseint fails, probably.
