Support for clubs that meet in multiple places and multiple times

If you look at Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, you can see Twin Cities Go Club listed three times due to their different days and locations they meet at. Instead of some users needing to do this, I would be nicer to have support for clubs which meet in several places and several times throughout the week.

Because the go database feeds into a map, I'm sticking to the principle that one database entry must only have one location. It's definitely OK to have more than one meeting time in one location, though.

I could conceive of a club table in the database, which would point at multiple locations, and there are a few clubs which could benefit from this, e.g. Karlsregion or Lyon, but I'm not planning to implement that any time soon. I'll leave this feature request open, though.
