Some situations cause the serf cluster to split, maybe. #1

When some serf agent such like A, B, C, D start, they get other agent ip by svc dns. If thing goes like this:
A join B & B join A
A -> B
B -> A
C join D & D join C
C -> D
D -> C
The cluster will be splited. Is there any way to avoid this.
