Problem
Post-purchase surveys will give us insight into what customers are thinking and feeling right after they purchase our product.
This survey is a single question long to optimize for completion. It is also open-ended so the customer can take their answer where they want to with little guidance from us.
I've chosen the default to be: What was the last thing that held you back from purchasing? but we can change this on a semi-regular basis if we like.
Process & Synthesis
When implemented, this should be a firehose of information so we will need a process in place for synthesizing the information that we receive.
There's no effective automation here.
I would propose cycling teammates weekly to synthesize and process the feedback that we gather throughout the week. This would include:
And then once a month, the team would gather to discuss the feedback and move forward with any design implementations that should be experimented with.
Implementation
